On behalf of The National Pony Society I hope you are all coping with the enforced lockdown and that you and your families are keeping well. At the time of writing the Trustees are continuing to work together managing the Society’s business during these worrying times. We are fortunate to be able to use conference calling and video meetings to keep the communication channels open between us.
It has not yet been possible to make a decision on the running of the Summer Championship Show and what format this may take should it be able to go ahead. The Show Committee will have a conference call in the near future to discuss possible options.
Any developments will be posted on both our official NPS Website and Facebook page, including running regular social media competitions and adding some lovely photos which may be of interest to you. The office is currently operating a limited service but you can still contact Sacha Shaw, our office manager, on 01420 88333 as the phone line is diverted, or you can e-mail her at firstname.lastname@example.org
We urge all our members to follow the British Equestrian Federation guidelines who also offer valuable advice on a number of topics including veterinary matters and support for employers in these uncertain times.
Please stay safe, stay at home and we look forward to seeing you all again when we are able to compete our wonderful horses and ponies.
