• This giveaway is run by the National Pony Society (NPS) and is open to members of the NPS.
• Enter by liking and commenting on the post.
• Winners will be selected at random, and membership verified.
• You agree that NPS can pass your address and phone details to the company issuing the prize for delivery.
• Prizes will be dispatched from the participating company.
• The NPS accepts no responsibility whatsoever for prize delivery.
• These giveaways are not open to NPS employees or council members.
• Area committee members are exempt from the above rule.
• The NPS retains the right, in its absolute discretion, to withhold a prize or delete any defamatory or inappropriate comments.
• For prizes requiring travel to a venue, the prize is strictly for the item mentioned, it does not include travel and/or accommodation for the event/class.
• There are no alternative prizes, nor is there a cash alternative.
• The prize is not transferable. If the winner does not want their prize for their own personal use it will be forfeited or allocated to another winner.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that they will not attempt to sell or pass the prize to another person.
• The prize of a free class applies to open classes at the 4 NPS shows and excludes HOYS/RI Qualifiers and National Championships.
• The NPS accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting/using the prize.
• The NPS shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
